Restorative Justice Specialist | Conflict Resolution Practitioner | Peacebuilder
Hello and welcome! I’m Kristal Corona, a restorative justice and conflict resolution specialist with over a decade of experience helping communities and organizations transform conflict into growth and understanding. My work integrates trauma-informed care, cultural sensitivity, and restorative justice principles to create safe spaces for dialogue and learning.
My Journey
I earned a Master’s in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from Brandeis University, and since then, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting individuals, organizations, and communities through conflict transformation. From grassroots programs to international partnerships, I strive to empower people with the tools and confidence to navigate conflict with compassion and clarity.
Where I Am Now
In addition to my dedication to Arts of Resolution, I serve as Board Director and Restorative Justice Specialist for a Tanzanian youth empowerment organization, leading the development of restorative justice programs. I am also the Lead Facilitator at Arts of Resolution, where I provide trauma-informed care and conflict resolution training, including innovative methods like PhotoVoice.
